High Expectations Carpet Care has been family owned since 1989. We choose our name because it best described what our company is all about. We have the highest of expectations every time we walk through a customer’s door, every time we hire an employee and every time we make any pertinent decision pertaining to our business. Our staff will always take the time to listen to the customer in order to give them what they want, from scheduling to on-the-job services. They also take the time necessary to do every job to the best of their ability.
We based our company on honesty and doing the highest quality job possible. We do this by providing our technicians with the finest equipment, chemicals, tools and training on the market today. We also keep our employees by understanding their needs and paying them fairly. We feel our customers like seeing the same faces for years to come. At this time we employ four staff members, one serving for 19 years, one for 10 1/2 years, one for 9 years and another for 2 years. This is a statement of our commitment to our employees. A happy employee works harder for our customers and in return we have happy customers!
High Expectations Carpet Care is a full service company. We pride ourselves in the ability to offer our customers more than just basic service. Our services include, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, pet odor removal, fiber protectants such as SCOTCHGARD ™ and DUPONT TEFLON ™, all carpet repairs including patching, red stain removal, stretching, seam repairs, metal & transition strip installation, pad replacement and spot dyeing. This gives us a great advantage over other companies who only offer basic service. We are a one-stop shop making it more convenient for our customers.
